ABOUT TIM'S CRANE & RIGGING
Tim Marshlick grew up in the Savannah area and began his career in the crane industry when he was 15 years old. He started out in the shop sweeping floors and working under older operators, learning the basics of the crane and rigging industry. He worked his way up to crane oiler, rigger, operator dispatcher and eventually the CEO of the company where he began his career.

In May of 1997, Tim opened Tim’s Crane & Rigging, Inc. with a desire to give customers a quality service for a competitive price. He began the company with 4 rented cranes and 4 operators. His oldest daughter, Kris Skinner, joined him that first year to learn the crane industry and assist in the day-to-day operations. As the years went by Tim’s Crane & Rigging expanded their fleet with new cranes and operators they hand picked for their knowledge and experience. In February of 2012 Tim’s other daughter, Chely Marshlick, joined the company, completing Tim’s hope of having a true family run business. Today, Tim still remains at the head of the company with Kris and Chely managing the daily operations. As the company has grown over the years, one thing has remained the same, Tim’s Crane & Rigging still conducts business on the basic principle of giving their customers a quality service at a competitive price.

Tim’s Crane & Rigging maintains a fleet of 20 cranes including boom trucks, all terrain, and crawler cranes. In addition to crane rental, Tim’s Crane & Rigging also offers qualified rigging services, heavy hauling/trucking services, certified test weights and yard storage. Tim’s Crane & Rigging is dedicated to the safety of its personnel, customers and the public by maintaining their safety program and drug free workplace.
The company is located one mile off I-95 in Chatham County and Service Southeast Georgia and the Lowcountry of South Carolina.
